Man Facing Felony Weapons Charge March 25, 2019 By Richard C. Gilbert Toby Michael StephensNewton Police arrested 33 year old Toby Michael Stephens of Hickory this morning for possession of a firearm of a felon. Stephens was placed in the Catawba County Detention Center with a secured bond of $20,000. He will appear in court today.
