Austin Bentley Mitchell, age 32 of Hiddenite, was arrested Monday by Deputies with the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office and charged with assault on a female and cyberstalking. He was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center without bond. A December 21st court date is scheduled in Taylorsville.
