Man Charged With Stealing A Halloween Inflatable

Halloween will be a challenge this year with the pandemic, for a family in Burke County it might have been even worse.

A Drexel man has been charged with the theft of a Halloween inflatable.

65-year old Phillip Maurice McMahon was arrested by Drexel Police following the theft of a holiday inflatable from the lawn of a home on North Main Street. McMahon told officers that he found the inflatable on the side of the road. He’s been charged with misdemeanor larceny, possession of stolen property and simple possession of marijuana.
