A Lincolnton man is facing felony drug charges after being arrested by Hickory Police. 27 year old Steven Tyler Philbeck was taken into custody Monday and charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, resisting a public officer, and possession of counterfeit instrument/currency. Philbeck was placed in the Catawba County Detention Center under a secured bond of $5,000. He is scheduled to appear in court today in Newton.
