23-year-old Josue Reynoso of Glendale Springs was charged on Tuesday by the Catawba County Sheriff’s Office with
Felony statutory rape of a child 15 or younger (2 counts)
Felony indecent liberties with a child
Felony first-degree kidnapping
Arrest records indicate the investigation began in May.
On Monday, Reynoso was charged in Ashe County with two-counts of felony rape of a child 15 or younger.
The suspect is being held without bond in the Ashe County Jail where he made an initial court appearance on Tuesday. Reynoso is scheduled to appear in Catawba County Court on Friday.
