Kenneth Matthew Partee, age 29 of Taylorsville, was arrested on Sunday by Taylorsville Police. He’s charged with assault on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest. Partee is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond set a t $2,500.
