Responding to a report of a suspicious vehicle Monday evening, Taylorsville Police Officers charged a man with felony and misdemeanor drug offenses. 30-year old Todd Michael Toth of Hamptonville was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine. Toth was also charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana and placed in the Alexander County Detention Center where he remains as of this morning. His bond is listed at $7,500 with a court date set for December 6th.
