David Alan Burnette, age 27 of Lenoir, was arrested on Monday by Taylorsville Police and charged with felony larceny by anti-inventory device, larceny, possession of schedule III controlled substance, possession of schedule IV controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving while license revoked. Burnette remains in the Alexander County Detention Center as of this morning, with a secured bond of $7,000. He is scheduled to appear in court on Monday, May 3rd,
