Timothy Dwayne Rector, age 64 of Taylorsville, was arrested on Friday March 24th by Taylorsville Police. He’s charged with misdemeanor larceny and second second-degree trespass and has been released from custody under a secured bond of $7,500. Rector has a court date scheduled in Alexander County District Court on May 1st.
