25-year old Emmanuel James Saddler (no current address listed) was arrested on Thursday, February 11th by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office on a series of failure to appear charges. The original charges include driving with license revoked, and multiple other traffic related offenses. Saddler remains in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $9,000 and was scheduled to appear in District Court on Monday.
