Man Charged After Chase In Lenoir

34-year old David Andrew Robbins of Lenoir was arrested Tuesday by Lenoir Police Officers. The arrest followed both a vehicle and foot chase.

He’s charged with felony flee to elude arrest. In addition, Robbins is charged with misdemeanor counts of hit & run fail to stop with property damage, resisting a public officer, and fictitious or altered title, registration card, or tag. Robbins was placed in the Caldwell County Detention Center with a secured bond of $20,000. A first court appearance was scheduled for Wednesday.
