Taylorsville Police arrested 44-year old Tony Shawn Robbins on Sunday and charged him with misuse of the 911 system and resisting arrest. As of this morning he remains in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $3,000. A November 1st court date is scheduled.
