On Tuesday, Officers with the Taylorsville Police Department arrested 38-year old Robert William Shook of Asheville. Shook was charged with felony interfering with an electronic monitoring device and felony probation violation. He is being held without bond in the Alexander County Detention Center pending a Monday, March 29th District Court appearance.
