Taylorsville Police arrested Kenneth Mathew Partee, age 37 of Taylorsville, on Monday and charged him with possession of stolen property. He was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $500. A court appearance is set for March 1st in Alexander County District Court.
