A 16-year-old male was found dead on the side of a Lincoln County roadway Monday morning.
The teenager was located this morning along Whitehouse Drive off Maiden Highway in Lincolnton. Lincoln County Deputies are investigating the case as a “possible homicide.”
Authorities have not released the victim’s identity, announced any arrests, or given details on how the teenager may have died.
