A Caldwell County woman is being held in Alexander County custody. 38-year-old Amie Nicole Sanders of Lenoir is being held in the local lockup. She was transferred from Caldwell County on January 23rd. Sanders was arrested by the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office and Lenoir Police in December and charged with felony trafficking heroin or opium. Bond for Sanders is listed at $250,000.
