Lenoir Woman Facing Alexander County Charges

A Lenoir woman is facing a series of charges in Alexander County.

19-year old Chandler Hellen Marie Higgins was arrested on November 9th by Deputies with the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office. She’s charged with possession of schedule II,IV and VI controlled substances, possession of drug paraphernalia, reckless driving to endanger, speeding and littering. Higgins is no longer listed in custody and has a Taylorsville court appearance scheduled for December 11th.
