Shasta Clark Ball, 49 of Lenoir, was arrested by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, August 13th and charged with felony larceny of a motor vehicle. She has been released under a secured bond of $5,000, Ball is scheduled to appear in District Court on Monday, August 19th in Taylorsville.
