Aaron Thomas Braswell, age 40 of Lenoir, was arrested on Friday in Alexander County. He was served warrants for failure to appear and is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center under a secured bond of $40,000. A court appearance is scheduled for Monday in Taylorsville.
