50-year-old Lester Cadell Little of Lenoir was arrested Wednesday by Lenoir Police Officers. He’s charged with felony alter, steal, or destroy criminal evidence and misdemeanor resisting a public officer. Little was brought to the Caldwell County Detention Center under $25,000 secured bond. A District Court appearance was scheduled Wednesday.
