28-year-old Adrian Marquez of Yellow Jacket Lane in Lenoir was arrested Wednesday, March 11 by Lenoir Police Officers. He’s charged with felony discharging a weapon into an occupied dwelling or moving vehicle along with misdemeanor counts of going armed to the terror of people, injury to personal property and communicating threats. Following the arrest, Marquez was incarcerated in the Caldwell County Detention Center without bond. A court date was scheduled today.
