Raymond Richard Todd Rice, age 38 of Lenoir, was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center on Monday for felony probation violation. He’s being held under a secured bond of $50,000. Rice has a pending Alexander County charge of felony possession of a stolen motor vehicle that dates back to 2022. A January 2nd, 2024 court date is scheduled in Taylorsville.
