45-year old Coy Allen Braswell of North Main Street in Lenoir was arrested Thursday, May 9th by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Deputies. He is charged with felony second-degree forcible rape and was jailed under $100,000 secured bond in the Caldwell County Detention Center. Braswell is scheduled to appear in District Court on Monday (May 13).
