Lenoir Man Facing Felony Charge

Jason Leon Tolbert, age 47, Underdown AVE., Lenoir, has been arrested by the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office. He is charged with felony injuring utility wires. Tolbert was taken into custody on Monday and is being held in the Caldwell County Jail under a $500,000 bond.

Tolbert has previous pending charges from earlier in the year that include felony robbery with a dangerous weapon, felony possession of stolen goods and obtaining property by false pretense.
