39-year-old George Nelson Miller of Lenoir was arrested Saturday, July 2nd by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Deputies. He’s charged with felony statutory rape of a child 15-years-old or younger. Miller was jailed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under $250,000 secured bond. A District Court appearance is scheduled Wednesday (July 6).
