Steven Allen Hamby
Steven Allen Hamby, age 68, was charged by Wilkesboro Police on Friday, May 23rd following a complaint by a teen-age male that a man was watching him in a convenience store restroom. Hamby was taken into custody and charged with secret peeping. The suspect has been released after posting a $10,000 bond.
Hamby is already on the NC Sex-Offender Registry following a 2001 conviction for taking indecent liberties with a minor and secret peeping. He was given a suspended sentence.
