Lenoir Man Charged With Indecent Liberties

A Lenoir man has been charged with a felony offense involving a child.

Josue Flores Funes, 32, of Northwest Calvary Place in Lenoir, was charged with indecent liberties with a child. Funes was reportedly confined at the Catawba County Detention Facility under a $250,000 secured bond. No court date or additional information concerning the allegations was listed in the arrest report.

The charge is an allegation, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
