43-year-old James Randall Barnwell of Lenoir was arrested Saturday, May 13th by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Deputies. He was charged with one felony count of felony first-degree arson and jailed under $125,000 secured bond. Barnwell remains in custody as of this morning with a District Court date scheduled for Monday in Caldwell County District Court.
