48-year-old Timothy Jerome Perkins of Berkley Street in Lenoir was arrested Tuesday by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Deputies. He’s charged with felony failure to register as a sex offender. Following his arrest, Perkins was incarcerated in the Caldwell County Detention Center under $25,000 secured bond. A District Court appearance was scheduled today (February 23).
