41-year-old Cody Dale Adkins of Lenoir was arrested Thursday by Lenoir Police Officers. He’s charged with felony counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell, and deliver methamphetamine and maintaining a vehicle, dwelling, or place to keep controlled substance. Adkins is also charged with two misdemeanor counts of assault on a government official and one misdemeanor count of resisting a public officer. Adkins was jailed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under $75,000 secured bond. A District Court appearance is set for next Monday (August 22).
