27-year-old Lee Miller Jr. of Lenoir was arrested Sunday by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Deputies. He’s charged with felony counts of larceny of a motor vehicle, possession of a stolen motor vehicle, and flee to elude arrest with a motor vehicle. Miller is also charged with driving while license revoked and hit & run, leave the scene with property damage. Miller was jailed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under $28,000 secured bond. A District Court appearance was scheduled today.
