Toby Butler Guffey, age 23 of Taylorsville, was arrested Tuesday. He was charged by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office with felony larceny of a motor vehicle. A $5,000 bond has been set and as of this morning Guffey remains in the Alexander County Detention Center. A court date of April 25th has been scheduled.
