The Baby Cougars saw their first action of the season Wednesday afternoon in Waxhaw. Alexander Central led at the half 20-14 but were held scoreless in the second half and fell 28-20 to Marvin Ridge. The loss ended a 47 game winning streak for Alexander Central’s Junior Varsity Program.
Wade Queen led the AC offense with 152 yards on 4 carries including a 72 yard touchdown run.
