Judge Gives Alexander County Man 120 Days In Jail

A Taylorsville man will serve a 120 day stretch in jail.

On Monday, Jason Lee Robinette appeared in Alexander County Superior Court. The judge ordered his probation be revoked and sentenced him to serve 120 days in the County Detention Center.

Robinette was convicted of possession of schedule IV controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia in 2023. He was given a two-year suspended sentence.
