Jail Time For Taylorsville Woman

Cassie Dawn Phillips, age 29 of Taylorsville was arrested by Taylorsville Police on Saturday and charged with two counts of simple assault. She was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $7,500.
