Shannon Coulbourn Presnell, age 44 of Grassy Ridge Lane in Taylorsville, is facing a felony charge in Iredell County. She was arrested on May 21st by the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office and charged with felony obtaining property by false pretense. Presnell is no longer listed in custody and has a court date scheduled for September 2nd in Statesville.
