Ralph Louis Fasano
Ralph is 80 years old, 5’8” tall weighs 200 pounds. He is wearing tan pants, brown shoes and wears black framed glasses. Fasano left his home about 4:30 pm on Wednesday driving a gray Chrysler 300.
Ralph was diagnosed with Dementia last year.
