Danny Joe Rice, age 36 of Statesville, was apprehended by Taylorsville Police on March 13th. He’s charged with felony possession of schedule II controlled substance and carrying a concealed gun. Rice is no longer listed in custody having been released under a $10,000 secured bond. A court appearance was scheduled on Monday, March 17th.
