Iredell County Drug Sting Nets 16 Arrests

The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office has announced a series of arrests involving drug trafficking. Some 16 suspects were charged.

Among those arrested

41-year old Brandon Louis Barras of Lewittes Road, Taylorsville. He’s charged with felony possession with intent to sell or deliver schedule II controlled substance and felony felony sell or deliver methamphetamine. Barras is being held in the Iredell County Detention Center with a secured bond set at $50,000.

31-year old Jerome Edward Millsaps of Stony Point. He’s charged with three counts of felony possession with Intent to sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance and three counts of felony sell or deliver methamphetamine. Millsaps is a verified gang member according to a press release. He’s being held under a secured bond of $7,500.
