Iredell County Deputies arrested Jacob Lloyd Fountain, age 29, of Stony Point on December 9th. He’s charged with assault by strangulation-inflicting serious injury and communicating threats. Fountain remains in the Iredell Detention Center with bond listed at $12,500. The next court date in Statesville is scheduled for December 29th.
