CLAREMONT – N.C. Department of Transportation maintenance crews will be working on Interstate 40 West over Lyle Creek this week, weather permitting.
The westbound right lane will be closed near mile marker 136 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. tonight – Thursday nights so crews can safely patch potholes. The Catawba County rest area will also be closed during this time.
