20-year-old Logan Lee Johnson of Karr Drive in Hudson was arrested Tuesday by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Deputies. He’s charged with felony statutory rape with a six-year age difference. Johnson was incarcerated in the Caldwell County Detention Center following the arrest under no bond. He remained in jail as of earlier today. A Superior Court date is scheduled for January 8.
