Jennifer Marie Menscer
On Monday, 46-year-old Jennifer Marie Menscer was cited for criminal contempt of court. Court documents indicate, Menscer was noticeably impaired while in the courtroom. Judge Thomas R Young sentenced Menscer to serve 30 days in the county detention center. Menscer admitted to using methamphetamine earlier in the day.
The suspect has pending charges awaiting trial in Catawba County for felony possession of a controlled substance on jail premises as well as a number of driving while license revoked citations yet to be tried in Alexander County
