38-year old Holly Ann Kiser of Berea Church Quincy Road in Hiddenite was arrested this morning by Hickory Police and charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was placed in the Catawba County Detention Center under a secured $2,000 bond. She is scheduled to appear in court today.
