Kyle Lee Ziebarth, 36, of Treys Loop, Hiddenite, was taken into custody on Saturday, May 2, by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office. He’s been charged with carrying a concealed weapon and possession of drug paraphernalia. Due to his criminal history and impairment at the time of his arrest, Ziebarth is being held under a $10,000 secured bond.
