Alexander County Probation and Parole Officers arrested a Hiddenite man on Monday for felony probation violation. 23-year-old Justin Lee Pope is being held without bond in the Alexander County Detention Center. He also is awaiting trial on September charges in Alexander County that include felony possession of firearm by a felon and felony assault with a deadly weapon with intent to inflict serious injury.
