Hiddenite Man In Custody Again

Damon Edward Lowe, age 32 of Hiddenite, is back in custody. He was arrested on Monday after being served a warrant for failure to appear. The original charge was for probation violation. As of earlier today Lowe remains in the Alexander County Detention Center under a secured bond of $10,000. His next court date is March 13th in Taylorsville.

Lowe has a series of other outstanding charges pending that include multiple felony probation violations and felony assault on a Detention Officer.
