Jeffery Michael Minton, 33, Open Way DR., Hiddenite, was ordered to serve 90 days in the Alexander County Detention Center during a Monday court appearance. The suspect was making an appearance on a second-degree trespass charge. The Judge ruled Minton to be in contempt of court and sentenced him to serve 90 days as the result.
