Hiddenite Man Detained

Dustin Quay Peterson, age 43 of Hiddenite, was arrested on Tuesday and charged with felony probation violation. He was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond set at $20,000 but as of earlier today, he’s no longer listed in custody.

Peterson has a previous charge pending for felony probation violation that is schedule for Alexander County Superior Court on June 3rd. He has a District Court appearance set for June 24th on a charge of driving while license revoked.
