Alexander County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 39-year old John Daniel Pettry of Hiddenite on Monday and charged him with assault and stalking. He was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center No bond information is listed. Pettry is scheduled to appear in Alexander County District Court on December 21st.
